Homemade for the Masses

One thing I will always love in a restaurant is their ability to make their own pasta in house. Every year four our anniversary, we go to the same gastropub that is changing its menu every month. And every time, I feel the need to try their pasta that month. I have to say, I am never disappointed, and always inspired. Whether it be there truly unique squid ink pasta with scallops and bacon, or a savory gruyere biscuits, perfect with their salted butter. It is truly inspiring to visit restaurants like that, and I hope you continue to be inspired as well!
